Note: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment time. Clients will be sent an invoice for any cancellations or missed appointments totaling half of the owed dollar amount. For your knowledge, insurance providers do not reimburse missed or cancelled appointments. Insurance providers will only reimburse for attended counselling sessions.
